If your Team,/Club has taken out a personal Injury Policy through the League, please follow this procedure to make a successful claim.
The first point of contact must be YOUR Club Secretary.
The Club Secretary should make contact with Ron Westerman chairman@midlincs.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or 01522 683650 who will take all the relevant details required to process the claim and be able to order a claim form and forward this to the injured party. The form should be returned to the Club Secretary who needs to check that it has been completed correctly.This needs then returning to Ron Westerman who will process the claim. Any questions should be directed to Ron who will be in contact with the Leagues Insurer.
