IDIOTS GUIDE TO AVOIDING THOSE FINES . . .

REGISTRATION FORMS

Ensure that all player registration forms are fully completed, signed by player, parent, and club official etc. – Ensure each is sent in sufficient time for return.

If you have not received the duplicate Registration form back, it is YOUR responsibility to check players are registered in time. No Registration and that means the player cant play !. – do not just assume that all is OK.

CONFIRMATION TO OPPONENTS AND REFEREE

Remember, if you are the home team, its advisable to telephone your opponents no later than the WEDNESDAY evening prior to the game; also the Referee if one has been appointed. Ensure that opponents (and referee) are fully aware of ground location, kick-off time, and your colours (so they can arrange a change strip if necessary).Report any changes of the kick off time and venue to the Fixtures Secretary.

RESULT CARD

Both Teams need to complete the online Result Card. Please see the help file or League handbook for full details. If you are the home OR away team, don't forget your registration cards.kick-off. Both teams should ensure that the players are listed including any substitutes who played any part in the game. Once you have completed the online result ensure that you have entered all the stats required ie EVERY team should complete the Referee Marks and Sporting Marks.(See help details in the League Handbook if unsure. You have 36 Hours to complete the online Result entry, after this time the stats WILL be locked so best to complete all your details by the latest Monday Evening.

MATCH POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS

Ensure that opponents and referee are informed at the earliest opportunity. You MUST also telephone the Fixture Secretary. Please see the UNFIT Pitch procedure or if short of players and you wish to cancel the game 7 days prior to the game you MUST contact the fixture secretary by phone to inform them the reason for the cancellation.

YOU MARK THE REFEREE LESS THAN FIFTY

You should send a full written explanation to the Referee’s Secretary within SEVEN days of the match.

YOU RECEIVE A DEBT LETTER FROM THE TREASURER

Respond to the letter, enclosing the requisite amount inside 14 days.

YOU CHANGE ANY CLUB OR TEAM DETAILS

Advise the League Secretary at the earliest opportunity.
